When Bill Hayes joined Globe Life (Family Heritage) in 2000, he was very motivated to succeed. Lifetime residual income from renewals, great insurance products backed by great service, and the ability to provide recruits with an opportunity for financial stability were qualities that attracted him to Family Heritage. Bill now represents Globe Life as Sales Director for Arkansas Elite 4Force, in Little Rock, Arkansas.
“Having my life change through personal growth and development has been incredible,” he says. “Also, seeing Sales Professionals grow and develop their careers according to their goals is rewarding.”
Inducted into Globe Life’s Hall of Distinguished Leaders, Bill has made a mark in Company history, yet he prefers to focus on accomplishments related to helping others by providing them with Family Heritage supplemental insurance products. “We’re providing financial benefits to individuals at a time when they may not be able to work due to catastrophic illness or accidents,” he says.
In the spirit of helping others, Bill is involved in the local Twilight Optimist Club, youth organizations, church, and local AAU basketball teams. Bill is a member of the Little Rock Chamber of Commerce, the Kentucky Colonels, and the Better Business Bureau.
Bill believes strongly in ‘giving back’. His Agency supports Choosing to Excel, Arkansas Children’s Hospital, Fraternal Order of Police, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Wigs for Kids, and the American Heart Association. In his free time, Bill enjoys exercising, watching sports, or just relaxing.
